Return & Refund Policy

At Paper & Brush Company, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and intention. Because many of our items are handmade in small batches and sometimes one of a kind, we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized artwork
  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Brief explanation

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
