Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Paper & Brush Company.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional processing time. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Packaging

All artwork and paper goods are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are shipped flat or in rigid mailers to prevent bending or damage.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Paper & Brush Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thepaperandbrushcompany@gmail.com

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
